Simple meals for when queasy?
Hi all!
I’d love some recommendations on easy simple meals to prep that are as healthy as possible but feel light on the stomach. I find that in the evenings there’s little I fancy so I resort to the usuals (bagels toast rice) but I’m bloated so I’d like to try for less carb heavy meals. I found that yesterday I wasn’t up to eating much but tried to cook with the help of husband a simple veggie frittata and a simple pasta with tomato sauce to have during the week and ended up eating a bit of both quite happily for dinner.
