Contracting - False labor?
Been contracting for the last 2 hours every 10 minutes for about 45 seconds to 1 minute. The contractions are painful but not unbearable. Not sure if I’m just tolerating the pain or if this is false labor. Doesn’t seem to be getting any closer. Any recommendations in getting it going? 39 weeks and ready to meet baby 😩
