Help! I'm being induced tomorrow and I'm so scared

Has anyone got any tips on how to ease my anxiety. im being induced tomorrow and its my first baby and I'm absolutely petrified. Ive got no birth plan and my anxiety has just gone through the rough today. All I keep doing is sitting crying.
