I really can’t seem to make myself drink water. It makes me feel sick. I always drank iced tea but I stopped because I’m afraid of the sugar. Now I’m thinking I need to drink more than a glass of water and if drinking iced tea will get fluid in me, isn’t that better than drinking less or just water. I’m so nervous. I know water is important but it makes me sick! Any other safe fluids I can substitute?
