Natural deodorant not working

So I’ve been using natural deodorant since about feb/March and I’ve done the armpit detox a few times with the all natural bentonite clay and ACV but my armpits smell so strongly, it’s not like a normal sweaty smell but it’s still really strong, and i’ve tried multiple natural deodorants and nothing really works. I don’t want to go back to regular deodorant it I don’t know what to do.

Also I started a hormonal birth control around the same time as I started natural deodorant, could it be that’s why my armpits smell so much stronger than they used to?
