Subchorionic haematoma mistaken for twin?

First ultrasound yesterday, found out I have a SCH but no bleeding at all..strong heartbeat..I’ve had this weird feeling since I conceived that it’s twins..and fraternal twins run in my family..any chance my ultrasound tech made a mistake? I was 8 weeks exactly at my ultrasound. Thanks

At 8 weeks it would be pretty difficult to mistake a twin pregnancy for a SCH.

What did the doc say to you about the SCB because my doctor told me full bed rest but I’m soo bored and I keep thinking a little walk won’t do anything 🤷

Not likely. Hematomas are usually kind of irregular shape and gestational sacs have a pretty standard shape.

From what I’ve seen on the internet a SHC looks pretty different then a second sac.
