Breast AND formula feeding mamas...
My LO is 2 weeks old, I’m currently strictly breastfeeding but I will be going back to work in the next week or two. I haven’t been able to pump so I don’t have a stash put away at all 🥺
I want to go ahead and introduce formula to my baby now so that I can make sure she isn’t having any issues with the formula before I go back to work.
My question is what is the best way to introduce formula to a breastfed baby ? Also how do I know which formula to start her on?
