Cramping but negative opk

Today I am cycle day 13. I have pretty noticeable cramping and cm (not exactly egg white yet, but close!) But I have a pretty negative opk. And I have had a few throughout the day.

Anyone else have this happen and when did you typically ovulate after or get a positive opk?
