Should we move

8 months pregnant have a horrible neighbor, he mows his lawn at 8am everyday until 5pm. Spits on my husband and gave us the middle finger. Seeing him makes my blood boil, then someone on this block has an old chimney with horrible fumes and our taxes increased to 21K a year. I don’t know what to do been looking for a house all summer but everything is either old or the new ones are over 1 million. I’m so miserable living here. My MIL lives alone in a big old house but I can’t live with her. I would love to temporarily move in and try to sell our house until we find something.
