Progesterone and spotting

Rayne • 👼 - February 10th, 2019, chemical - October 21st, 2020, 👼 - February 12th, 2021, chemical - April 4th, 2021. Chemical - May 2nd, 2021. No babies yet.

I have started spotting 4 days before AF. I think it is my AF, should I stop progesterone now or wait for actual flow to start

Update: I have waited till AF and stopped progesterone as advised. Hopefully next month I will not have spotting before AF due date on progesterone else it does not make sense to take it.
