how do i️ know if i️ actually do ovulate? last month i️ got these and bd every day of fertile week and didn’t conceive. so how do i️ know if i️ actually do ovulate

There is also a brand called Proov that has at home tests to see if you've ovulated. You pee on them just like a pregnancy or ovulation test. I've never used them before, but they may be a cheaper and more simple alternative to going to the dr for blood work. Also keep in mind it can take a healthy couple a year to conceive, so just keep trying! Baby dust 💕
