Do you need a 4 hour hold for opks?

So I am a bit new to opk’s. Do you need a 4+ hour urine hold with opk’s like you ideally should for pregnancy tests or no? Thank you!

No you do not, and OPKs are taken in the afternoon. Holding your urine for an opk can cause a higher concentration of LH in your urine
