Could this be labor ?

Alright ladies .. I’m 37 weeks and +3 days .. I woke up this am in pain and could barely move . The left side of my stomach hurt so bad along with back pain. Also , throughout the day I’ve experienced some contractions that were uncomfortable but not painful .. well all that changed about almost a hour ago . It seemed like out of no where I was getting intense pain in my back and stomach . I barely was breathing through the pain. Also now I’m still experiencing this . It’s been now over 30 mins and I’m ok . But I want to know should I go to the hospital or not
