Should I take my daughter to urgent care?

She burned her hand the other day. The thumb still isn’t popped it’s blistered but her finger blister did pop and the skin is hanging off I have been doing my best keeping it clean but she’s one and touches everything. It looks kinda bad I’m thinking I should take her and get some cream or something?

I would take her. Try to avoid popping any blisters in the future. The blister is there to protect from infection. Not saying you did it deliberately but I learned this the hard way myself.

My daughter cut her hand on the back of a fridge when she was ten months old. Less than 24 hours later, the hand was red, swollen to twice its size, and extremely painful. This was after my mom had taken her to urgent care the day it happened cause my husband and I were out of town. My mom sent me a picture of the cut when it happened and it was literally a tiny, boring looking cut, they irrigated it, cleaned it, and put glue on it at urgent care. 
We spent three days in the hospital on IV antibiotics, a month on oral antibiotics and twice daily dressing changes. 
I'm not saying this to scare you, but, yes, go to urgent care and have her evaluated. I was kinda thinking my mom was over reacting for the tiny cut that it was, if it was a burn, I wouldn't have questioned her decision to go to urgent care ASAP because of the risk of infection, especially on their hands that go everywhere.
