Help?! I'm confused 🥺

My last period was 23 of September. I missed October and I just missed this months. Had sex unprotected a couple times and twice on my fertile days for both months. I took two of the dollar tree test 2 weeks ago and negative. I have most of the symptoms so I took a first respond today and negative. Tried the doctors but they are closed for the holidays. My period been pretty regular until now. My period according to this is 36 days late. I'm so conflicted. I just wished I knew. I downloaded a pregnancy app and supposedly im 9 weeks but why would the test be negative??? If im negative why do I feel like I am. The pelvic area been getting a but more tighter and been having cramping no bleeding. I did have a very light bleeding on a wipe earlier this week but it was only two wipes. And haven't had it since. I already have a 4 years old and I know it feels to be pregnant so im familiar with the symptoms. Similarly to now. I'm just so confused!
