First time trying
So this November I stopped taking my birth control pills (I had been taking them for almost four years) since me and my fiancé want to have a baby. I feel really disappointed because I didn’t get pregnant. I started my period yesterday. We are going to try again once this period ends. Any tips or advice on conceiving?
