Not clapping or waving?

So my little guy just turned 9 months on the 25th and he hasn’t shown any interest in clapping or waving AT ALL. He’s been saying momma, dada, and just a total chatterbox for months now, can stand unassisted for a few seconds, pull himself up on stuff, walk with his walker, and is responsive to our facial expressions and words but no matter how hard I try he doesn’t want to wave or clap. Is that normal? Should I be worried? Lol the FTM anxiety is strong today!

Your LO is further along than mine! He doesn’t wave or clap either, but he also can’t pull himself up on his own, crawl, or stand without assistance. Every baby is different, some take longer to hit those milestones, some are earlier, and some seem to hit them right on the dot.

My son was 9 month on the 25th as well 🥰 He doesn't show any interest in waving or clapping either and I've tried hard 😅 He can't even say mommy only Daa-daa and Baa-baa which everyone is theses days🤦‍♀️ I keep saying ma-ma to him everyday.  But he can stand, walk along furniture, crawl and so close to walking. I'm not to concerned.

My little one pulls to stand, walks along furniture, babbles away, waves (when he feels like it) but doesn’t clap. He’s just starting to really say ‘mama’ and ‘dada’ and ‘baba’. Every baby is different!

My daughter doesn’t wave or clap. She just started crawling actually and saying mama, that’s it. I try to keep in mind every baby goes at their own pace but it’s definitely hard not to compare 😫

They all learn different skills at different times. My daughter is clapping and waving but isn’t pulling to stand yet. Try not to worry, it’ll come.
