Safe to eat?

Question

Bought a box of fully cooked frozen kids chicken nuggets, forgot them out in the car overnight, it was 40 degrees or less, they were fully thawed by the time I brought them in. I popped them back in the freezer & refroze them, but I’m super on the fence about whether they’re safe to eat or not.

I wouldn’t. Not after they thawed.

Nah, I’d trash them. You can’t guarantee what temperature your car was, and it’s not worth the risk.

Would i? No, but I also took servsafe courses. Being held at 40° for that long is technically not safe.

They’re precooked so really them being thawed out it just like eating a cold nugget I think they are fine
