Numb arms and hands

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and I woke up a lot last night to numb arm and hand, of the side I was sleeping on. Which I know means I probably was sleeping on it weird or something and decreased the blood flow, what I’m wondering is, can this affect my baby? I woke up worried every time that I decreased blood flow to her as well... any opinions? I’m sure I’m over thinking.
