What do I do so scared

So we’ve been ntnp for year and 7 months now. I have only used opks twice and just for my own peace of mind to see if I even ovulate and I do. Crazy schedules so can’t really ttc. We’ve missed the fertile window in a lot of those months but I would say we’ve hit the fertile week at least 10-11 times. Should I be worried?? OB said to keep trying a little longer but almost two years of no protection and nothing?! 😫😫😫😭

Just counted we BDed near ovulation for 13-14 of those months
