What’s the most comfortable way to wear pants during pregnancy?

Hi ladies, I like wearing more high waisted leggings currently but wondering what you find to be more comfortable as the pregnancy progresses

Answer

1st trimester: normal pants, mostly stretchy pants
2nd into 3rd: full panel maternity pants
Towards the end of the 3rd: under the belly

Depends on how you carry the baby. My last pregnancy I never needed special clothes. I carried small and high so all my normal pants fit...I wore my normal jeans into deliver my baby at 40 weeks. My sister carried super low with her last baby and did everything under the belly because it was easier. Her pregnancy before that she was huge but carried high and did full panel maternity pants because the below belly ones fell down but her normal pants were a little small. Wear whatever works and is comfortable

Earlier in pregnancy I would wear shorts with stretchy side panels, I had to wear them yesterday and they weren’t super uncomfortable. But I’ve got 2 pairs of leggings that go over my belly and I pretty much live in those.

Depends on the trimester and depends on the pants 😂 I loved over the belly ones. But even by like 35 weeks I couldn’t wear my maternity leggings anymore. I hardly left the house after 33/34 weeks because i couldn’t wear any of my clothes since I was so big.
