Tap water. That’s all we ever used. Our pediatrician said if it is good enough for us to drink, it is good enough for baby.

I just used boiled water from my electric kettle. Kept it in the thermos to keep it warm for night feedings

I use distilled baby water because I don't trust my tap water even with my filter. I drink bottled also. City water is just nasty in my area. The baby water is only $1.00 so I buy it whenever I get her formula and stock up so I never run out of it. I dont think babies need baby water with fluoride until they get teeth and even then it can cause white stains on teeth if they have too much flouride in their water

We have well water here that isn’t the best quality even softened. I drink bottled water so I used bottled purified water to make my daughters formula.
