LH test aren’t meant to be used the check for pregnancy, 2 different hormones. You’d have to be a few weeks along for the LH test to possibly mistake hcg for lh. Also Implantation doesn’t happen until 6-12dpo, the most common being 9dpo, then it’ll take 3-4 days for your hcg levels to rise enough for a positive urine test.
