Did anyone feel crampy ish on and off through their whole two week wait and end up pregnant?

I’m only 3-4dpo and my abdomen has felt achey on and off all day (I know implantation has not even happened yet) but was wondering if anyone experienced this and got a bfp?

I cramped just like period cramps - thought I was coming on early! Some days they were really sore so I never considered that I could be pregnant. I only tested once I was 4 days late because I’m never late and then got my BFP

I don’t know when I ovulated due to me not testing and I have pcos but for the past week or so I was getting dull cramps here and there and I just found out yesterday I’m pregnant
