What is this? I haven’t had sexual intercourse for 4 months.

I had unprotected sex a few times, in february and in july. In february i took the morning after pill and saw green discharge again. i only had one partner all my life.

I don’t have any symptoms, it’s odorless, i usually have white discharge too but this light green discharge concerns me.. Even if i don’t always have it. What do u think it is?
