My OB said literally any is fine as long as it gets you the folic acid you need 
I take a few different vitamins but my primary prenatals are just the Walmart equate brand

I use Nature Made. I get super picky with any sort of pills especially when they’re prenatals. These don’t upset my stomach and have a lot of benefits including high folic acid and iron.

I liked the gummy vitamins the best always, the pill version has always made me nauseous and vomit. All of them have seemed to help grow my hair out though.
