I hope I don’t sound insensitive.

I had a still born baby in the past and currently 8.5 weeks pregnant (haven’t had my first scan-next week). So I am unsure of how a miscarriage feels or starts. I am super nervous about this pregnancy now and was curious. When your miscarriage started did it start with blood or cramps?? Just wanting to know what to watch for.
