Can someone please advise if they have been through anything similar and if the outcome was positive or negative ..

I was 12 weeks pregnant, start bleeding (only on tissue, nothing near as a period) went for scan at hospital 4 days later as thats when they could see me, to be told my baby was measuring 6 weeks and still in sac, which doesn’t match up with any of my dates. As she said i could having a miscarriage or baby not yet formed a heart beat so i have to go back in 10 days to check (which is tomorrow for me) for 6 days now ive not bleed, ive had no clots come away from me and light blood on tissues nothing on a pad or underwear. I dont feel pregnant anymore though like i did so i was wondering if anyone else has had the same and still lost the baby or had a positive ending?
