Hi ladies how are you supposed to take clomid were losing hope we're TTC baby 4 and never had a problem till now my husband is almost 40 and I'm 31 I have the 50mg ones when do I take them in my cycle?

How come your doc didn't tell you? Hmm... If you bought it online without a prescription, don't even bother. It won't work. It's not the good one and you need to be monitored. Clomid I not a magic pill. It can lead to miscarriages, too since it messes up your linning -that's why you need to be monitored in case you need estrogen-

Why didn't your doc go over this with you?? Goodness!
​You take them starting day 3 or day 5 of your cycle and for five days only. 
​Start checking opks around day 10 unless you know you O sooner. 
​Your doc should send you for a progesterone lab draw on day 21. 
​While opks are subjective (they just show whether or not you have the hormone surge for ovulation), day 21 progesterone testing is objective- if in the correct range, it will tell you definitively whether or not you've ovulated. 
​This will tell you if, a) you ovulated, and b) if you didn't, that your doc needs to increase your dose from 50 to 100.
