9 dpo, spotting, and bbt chart help?

So I’m currently 9 dpo and I’m having some light brown discharge and a little pink discharge. I’m cramping very slightly every now and again like a small twinge off to one side. I’m just curious if anyone else has had anything like this and wound up pregnant. For the ladies that track bbt, what’d yours look like the month you conceived? My chart for this month is below. We’ve been trying for 5-6 months now and nothing. I know it can take a while for some couples to get pregnant but I’m just starting to lose hope and need some positive reassurance.
