Carrier options for back pain
So im starting to get lower back pain and upper shoulder pain for carrying my 15 pound 5 month old baby.
I have omni 360 but i feel it is bulky.
I am thinking of getting a wrap carrier specificlly for indoor use at home that is easy to put on..
Any suggestions?
