Super scared ...anyone else experienced this?

I know the go to when we worry on here is “go ask your doctor” lol which I have and she did say there was a very slight cause for concern but she wasn’t too concerned which is why she opted for me to relax and she scheduled my first ultrasound with her (new OBGYN second prenatal appointment) next Tuesday. She did however give me a kit for me to go leave bloodwork tomorrow.

Having said that, I’m 13 weeks , and no apparent bulge. With my recent loss at 11 weeks I already had a bulge that was a line ____ right on top of my public bone. This time around I’m feeling this hard ball but really close to my right side. ONLY on my right side. It’s super hard. Nothing is on top of my pubic bone like this ____ it’s more like upward. But only on my right side. I’ve had 5 kids and this has never happened. I’m kind freaking out because they had to do a cleanse from the inside kinda like an abortion suction thing and I’m scared that they may have messed something up in there because it was so excruciatingly painful and it felt like they were stabbing my insides .

Anyone else experienced something like this? I’m afraid it’s somewhat of a tubal pregnancy or something and I’m stressing myself out thinking my tube is going to explode in my sleep or something and I won’t make it in time to get saved 😞 I know it sounds silly but I’m up to my ears with anxiety and just got over covid so I’m a bit on edge. Lol
