Please no hate I don’t know where else to ask anonymous

I have a 3.5 year old and a big dog he’s 45kg so like 100 pounds I think. he’s growled at her vary rarely it started when she was 10 months old but maybe only every 6 months or so he also loves her from what I see recently the growing has become more and more like once a week maybe sometimes (I’ll add he has growled at me far to often also) he’s now 6 and today my little one was sitting/standing behind him he growled followed by teeth out and a snap into the air towards her face though he stayed laying down for the growl and than his body sprung up close to her face and he opened his mouth and snapped at her.

I love him so much it’s hard for me inside the box. Is the right thing to re home him to someone with no kids? My heart hurts please be nice
