What rules are you setting for people with your newborn?

I’ve seen a few posts talking about this especially with covid. If you are letting anyone see your baby what are your rules? In a ftm so I’d like some advice on how I should handle even just grandparents.

I am only allowing our parents and asking them to quarantine once baby is closer to being here. I also asked that they try to get a Covid test, our moms and I’ll be staying with us after the baby’s born to help out around the house

Really, our only big one is no flu shot, we'll see you in Spring or at our discretion (read: whenever we damn we'll feel it's safe and you aren't a problem). 
My mom doesn't understand after this baby's born, she's not seeing her grandsons for a while. I posted for God and the world to see we don't want visitors who haven't been vaccinated and she acknowledged it. Within 24 hours of that post, my sisters in law and their families all had their flu shots! Fast forward to Thanksgiving, my mom complains about her work asking employees to get their flu shots and she got snotty about it. I know she hasn't done it yet. She's not exempt. I'm not risking my newborn and one year old because she doesn't want to get a tiny poke!

My in-laws are coming to visit for Christmas and my MIL will be staying with us for a few weeks to watch our toddler while we're in the hospital for our baby's arrival & afterward to help out. They are quarantining (aside from essential needs for groceries) the entire month of December to make sure they don't bring anything to our house. We've already told mybparents that if they want to meet the baby, they have to quarantine for 2 weeks prior to visiting. Unfortunately, my brother and his family will not be allowed to visit due to them not following any pandemic guidelines. It breaks my heart to think how long it may be before most of our family & friends get to meet the baby and visit us.

Since I have our other kids home doing virtual during the pandemic , in all honesty no one is coming to see the newborn just like I haven't allowed any one else to come for any other reason. They know and understand why , some are pissed but like I say to everyone there's nothing worth the risk. I've lost friends to covid and its just not worth it...zoom , face time and so many other options till its safe.

Masks, hands washes with antibacterial soap, and for the love of god NO kissing baby's hands or face! 
Covid and flu makes a bad combo and I would literally die if my baby even got a little sick.

No kissing baby, except my mom is allowed to kiss his head because she has lung cancer and COPD and I felt bad completely banning her from it. Sanitize/wash hands before touching baby. If my fiancé’s coworker can’t manage to find another ride to work for a few weeks after baby is born he’s going to have to wear a mask when he is in the car. That’s really about all the rules I have. I’m going to keep baby away from my fiancé’s adoptive family until he has his first round of shots (longer if I can help it) and I’m going to let his bio grandparents see baby after a few weeks, because he works with his grandpa every day anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ftm as well and baby is due in may 💙 but I plan on letting my immediate family & the people i’m around daily to see him. Of course washing hands and sanitizing. No kissing him. Most of his dads side is out of town so thinking about having them wear masks if covid hasn’t cleared up since they’re never around me.

My mom and my husbands mom will be able to come over. Baby is due May 8. I’ll just make sure they’ve cleaned their hands with soap and water and sanitized. 
I’m not having a lot of people over to see her. Unless the covid vaccine is available and something changes it’ll have to be a lot of FaceTime
