Postpartum pregnancy symptoms ??

Hey ladies, I’m 3 months PP (breastfeeding) and I’m having what appears to be pregnancy symptoms but I’m not sure if it truly is it.

I’ve been having

dizziness

Nausea throughout the day

Extremely thirsty

Sensitive breast

Cramping

Hunger

And had spotting

I already had my first period (9days) and a next one a week after (5 days)

Has anyone else experienced these and turned out to be pregnant

Edit: I tested last week and it was negative but symptoms are still there

Period is 2 days late
