Dry scalp

Hello i need some help so after i had my daughter in 2019 my hair started to fall so much so that my scalp became dry and irritated in some areas from the hair loss and now my hair is beginning to come back to life but my scalp is so dry at first i thought it was dandruff so i got head and shoulders and that didn’t help it kinda made it worse and before i go to the drs and spend money for an appointment that i don’t have right now does anyone have any hair mask or any type of shampoo or conditioner that you recommend i try to see if it helps with my dry scalp? i would really appreciate any advise and any solution and suggestions you may have Im open to try a lot of options to help my scalp get some moisture back 😌
