I Need To Get Help But I Don't Want To
I feel like shit constantly. I'm tired, unmotivated, etc. I don't eat regular meals, I have trouble falling asleep and I have trouble waking up. I'm severely depressed. But, even though I know I'm depressed, I don't have the energy to get help. My boyfriend is of no help to me, and he's been really short with me recently because of my bad habits (like staying up until 6AM, or not washing the dishes for days).
I literally just want to curl up in bed and never wake up...
