If so, what were you given? Progesterone? Clomid? Something else?

I don’t have a diagnosed LP defect, but I was having consistent spotting starting at 9dpo, and LP usually lasted max of 12 days, and often less. I was put on progesterone after IUI this month and have had NO spotting (currently 12dpo), so I do believe I had a legit issue.l and it appears to have helped.
