Hi everyone, please I need help, I’ve been a TTC mom for 4years now, based on HSG/ Sonogram test result, the result says that the my left Fallopian tube is blocked and I ovulate on my left side every month. Apart from IVF, is there any other way that can help me to get pregnant 🤰??

I only have my left tube due to ectopic pregnancy rupture and, although we conceived, we lost it but we now know we are still able to conceive. We have been trying for years and not giving up
