My baby is 12 weeks and wears anywhere from 0-3 and 3-6 depending on the brand because they all vary so freaking MUCH lol

I see 12 months isn’t an option 😩. My son is 11 weeks and 18 lbs. He’s still in some 6-9 months but he’s 12 months in carters. He has a super long torso so we have to size him up to fit his body then we roll up the sleeves and pant legs. This chart was life changing. Burt’s Bee’s fits him the best.
