Baby acne?

My daughter is almost 6 weeks around 3 weeks this started but wasnt bad at her month apt the dr said idr the word but that she had naturally oily skin and it would go away but it just keeps getting worse. Could this be something else or is there anything i can do?

My daughter had this. I was told it was my hormones circulating in her system. It went away on its own.

Maybe change the products you use on her and see if that helps. If not I’d take her back and be like ok so you’re gonna have to give me some better answers
