My 20 th birthday is coming up soon!!!

For my birthday I really want to get a tattoo .... my mom however doesn’t want me to and yells at me every time I mention it

But this is what I really want

She said it’s unprofessional but the place I want to get it, it will be hidden all the time

It isn’t anything dumb and I have been thinking of it for 2 years and what I want so I don’t regret anything

But my mom is refusing to let me get one

Technically I can cause I’m an adult and it’s my body lol I just don’t want to upset her....

Any advise on how to bring it up again without her being angry ?
