Preemie Baby Prep

26 weeks 4 days today and my little man seems to be trying to make his arrival early. I’ve been having contractions since last week along with cramping and back pains with pelvic pressure. Yesterday I went in for a growth scan in which my cervix was also checked. Turns out my cervix is also VERY short.. I was given both doses of steroids to speed up his lung development.

Has anyone else had this happen? If yes, when did you end up giving birth? Did baby have a stay in the NICU? For how long?

I’m so scared, I had NO issues at all with my first born so we’re freaking out.
