Worried! 26 weeks ftm, contraction maybe?
I had a really achey pain in my lower abdomen for about 30 seconds maybe? It felt like a period cramp. Not extremely painful but definitely made me stop and acknowledge it. My baby is moving a lot rn but I’m just wondering if it could have been a contraction?
