Eczema cream

So my son and I both have EXTREMELY dry skin. I also have eczema and the dr strongly suspects my son will develop it soon. Our skin is literally so dry that it splits open if you dont lotion after a bath or shower.

So anything greasy irritates my eczema and I saw an advertisement for Pipett Eczema cream. Has any one tried it? Did you like it?

Cetaphil

Gold bond

Working hands version of body lotion

Shae butter

Cocoa butter

Coconut oil

None of which have helped so skip suggesting those lol
