Best Playpen/center

Question

I have been trying to find the SAFEST playpen that has the bassinet and possibly the changing table attachments for the top. I really want this to travel with me when we go to stay somewhere. My biggest concern is safety and so many I have researched has safety concerns with netting, bassinet tilting, baby rolling off changing table, mattress folding causing suffocation, etc. These things terrify me. Which ones do you find the best and safest?

I really like this one(I have the basic version). Super sturdy and the changing table part still works when they outgrown the bassinet. My graco one is more compact though and if we’re traveling that’s the one we would take

I wouldn’t worry too much about the mattress folding, the mesh, or the bed tipping because that’s extremely rare. All pack n plays have similar risks I suppose, but there are definitely safer options as far as the chemicals used. The Nuna Sena is a great choice as it uses safe nontoxic materials and the playyard itself is sturdy, yet easy to set up and take down. It has a bassinet feature and you can get a changing table attachment as well. Another nontoxic option is the Guava lotus, but the Nuna is a more traditional pack n play style so I prefer it over the Guava. 
For my first baby we used a Graco pack n play and I had no issues with it. My son never used it as his main crib/bassinet, (we used a Halo bassinet, then he slept in his crib after that), but I had it set up in my room as a safe place to put him while I showered or folded laundry. We also used it for sleeping whenever we traveled and I absolutely loved it.
