Super dark test line at 3weeks..

So I just found out that I’m pregnant on Sunday that just passed. I had my last period on Nov 14-20.

So I had went to the doctor today and he said it’s find odd that my pregnancy test line is very strong for me to be this early... He thought I was further along and then he did a regular ultrasound and he saw a tiny circle that’s forming and he said that my lining in my uterus is very thick which is good. But I’m doing a vaginal ultrasound in 2 weeks to see how further along I really am... Has anyone had this before??
