Not pregnant but wanting input

I'm on CD 20. I'm also 9 months PP. I've had pretty normal periods but this one seems different. When I was TTC with my son I ovulated cd 15-18. This month I had my usual 6-7 day period then 5 days later I spotted darker red it cover about half of my underwear (half of a liner amount). Two days ago I had super low cramps and intermittent nausea started then and has continued. Last night I started breaking out and today my face is cover In acne (very unusual for me). I have my usual to less stress right now so it shouldn't be that. I'm not sure if it's too early to test? I still have about a week and half until AF. Has anyone else experienced an early ovulation with pretty regular periods?

Thanks if you made it through this. I'll test in the morning regardless, I guess I'm just wanting other input!
