PCOS and me
So I have mild PCOS ... regular periods, I ovulate, no period cramps but I do have cysts... I’ve had 1 normal live birth with no complications he is now 5 ... but for 3 years we have been trying with no luck .... my doctor and I are at a standstill with what else to do ... and tips or at home stuff I can try ... much appreciated
