I NEED HELP AGAIN ‼️

Hcg levels at 9 weeks pregnant is 46,896

Does this seem normal??

Long story short, I was experiencing what I thought was food poisoning, bad stomach cramping, nausea and diarrhea for couple days. Did the deed with hubby and after I came I realized I was bleeding bright red with a few small blood blots. (No pain what so ever and the tiniest spotting afterwards) I also just gave birth 5 months ago..

(Have an appointment tomorrow with ob but I’m still so scared miscarriage could be a possibility)

Could it be leftover clots from last pregnancy when I gave birth? I haven’t had a ((heavy )) period since I had my daughter besides postpartum bleeding. Or maybe the start of a miscarriage??
